Perched on the cliffs, high above the Aegean sea is a romantic hideaway with its own private "Garden of Eden" - colourful vegetation contrasts with the dark volcanic rock and white of the buildings. Located just a short walk from Oia, the most charming village in Santorini (next door to Ikies traditional houses) is Perivolas Traditional Houses. On a sloping cliff-side plot, the cave-like rooms feature white-washed walls, balconies with reclining deck chairs and all rooms have Caldera views. Junior suites have open plan layouts, while superior suites have a separate bedroom and living area. From the stone terraces of each house, there is a breathtaking panorama, from the azure sky to the shimmering waters below.
